• Have high or low Blood Pressure condition
• Have eye condition viz NAION or Retinitis  Pigmentosa

• You are compulsive alcoholic
• You take antibiotics like erythromycin and rifampicin, verapamil or ditiazem, ritonavir or saquinavir for HIVE, antifungals like itraconazole or ketaconazole, non-selective alpha blockers like doxazosin for high blood pressure, tamsulosin and prazosin for enlarged prostate, nitrates such as glyceryl trinitrate for angina and other heart conditions.
